How do Automatic Upgrades work?
If you go over your plan’s limit of minutes or data during the month, we’ll automatically upgrade you to a plan that covers the amount you’ve used. This will give you the best possible rate for your current use, and eliminate any overage fees. Through our Usage Alert system, you’ll be notified when an upgrade has occurred. You will remain on the upgraded plan unless you choose to change to a different plan after the current billing cycle is complete. For customers enrolled in our largest data plan, access to high speed data will be reduced if the plan’s data limit is exceeded, and you will experience slower speeds for the remainder of the billing cycle. If this occurs, you can also contact customer service to review options for purchasing additional amounts of high-speed data.
